Heat Pumps

Our advanced heat pump technology utilises the latent heat in the air and ground to provide cost effective environmentally responsible heating, also known as air and ground source heat pumps.

Viessmann continues to expand its full range of products to include electric hot water and heating systems. The new electrical systems can also be combined with existing home setups.

Viessmann One Base / Control system integration

Viessmann One Base networks the products and systems of the integrated Viessmann range of solutions and connects them with digital services. This creates comprehensive climate and energy solutions that can be seamlessly linked together.

Hydrogen Case Studies

Hydrogen-fired steam boiler in Jordan

We are pleased to celebrate the first anniversary together with our customer National Chlorine Industries (NCI) in Jordan, a manufacturer for chlorine in the chemical industry and for water treatment projects.

Mercure Hotel Berlin

Heating with self-generated hydrogen ensures exemplary carbon footprint | Starting this summer, two of the total of five Vitocrossal 200 CIB condensing boilers will initially be operated with a mixture of natural gas and up to 20 percent hydrogen by volume | The carbon produced can be used elsewhere and permanently captured

While the so-called 'smart quarters' in Essen and Bedburg will essentially use electricity-based solutions (local wind power and PV systems, decentralized and centrally installed heat pumps), a complete hydrogen infrastructure is to be created in Kaisersesch in Rhineland-Palatinate by 2023.
