The Vitodens 222-F intelligently combines efficient gas condensing technology with high DHW convenience and is simple to operate, durable and digital. The gas condensing storage combi boiler is designed specifically for modernising heating systems and as a replacement for older conventional gas boilers with cylinder below. With its variable speed high efficiency pump, it consumes very little power and is extremely quiet. The floorstanding appliance is equipped with an Inox-Radial heat exchanger made of high grade stainless steel. It guarantees reliability and consistently high condensing efficiency. This also applies to the stainless steel gauze MatriX-Plus burner.

Alternative solutions for different degrees of water hardness

The enamelled loading cylinder with a capacity of 100 litres provides a high level of DHW convenience. Draw-off performance is comparable to a 350 litre DHW cylinder installed adjacent to the boiler. The water heated to the required temperature continually charges the loading cylinder and is therefore immediately available. Sensors ensure a uniform temperature. For hard water areas, a version using an enamelled 100 litre DHW cylinder with internal indirect coil is available as an alternative.

Viessmann's modern gas condensing boilers are equipped with the patented Lambda Pro Plus® combustion control system. It adapts your appliance to changing operating conditions such as fluctuating gas qualities or different gas types. The automatic control ensures a consistently high level of efficiency for your system. Your contractor does not have to readjust these boilers, and flue gas inspection intervals are extended to three years. This saves time and money.

Stainless steel makes all the difference. The corrosion-resistant stainless steel Inox-Radial heat exchanger is at the heart of the Vitodens 222-F. It converts the consumed energy into heat very efficiently. Almost no losses, with practically unbeatable efficiency of 98 percent. In addition, the particularly durable, high grade stainless steel ensures reliability.

The Vitodens 222-F can be operated via a 7 inch greyscale touchscreen (shown on the left) or a black/white screen with 3.5 inch plain text and graphic display (shown on the right), commissioning assistant, energy consumption indicators and the option of operation from a mobile device.

Integral WiFi interface: heating convenience goes digital

The Vitodens 222-F can be operated easily and intuitively from a smartphone and tablet via the integral WiFi interface, or directly from the 7 inch greyscale touchscreen or 3.5 inch standard display.
