The content of our digital offering can be accessed via various modes of operation, thus ensuring that our products and services can also be accessed and used by users with physical, sensory or cognitive impairments. The modes of operation we have implemented include:

  • Multiple sensory channels: We provide text alternatives for visual content.
  • Multiple interaction options: Our website can also be used without fine motor skills.
  • Protection from stimuli/use of contrasts: our website does not use complex interaction effects.
  • Simple presentation of our content: Where possible, we use easy-to-understand texts to describe our products and services. Technical terms are explained in a practical and understandable way in the relevant places so that even users without specific prior knowledge can understand the contexts presented.

We do not use identification, authentication, security or payment functions on these websites.

We are continuously working to identify and remove potential barriers.
