How the Viessmann Pre-Sales process works
Step 1
Submit your request for a Viessmann Design by completing the request form here. Please include all mandatory information, including full scaled plans and elevations.
Step 2
We’ll review your request within three working days of submission and will get back to you if we need any more information.
Step 3
When we’re ready to proceed, we’ll confirm a project start date and completion date with you. The initial design will be completed within 1 - 4 weeks depending upon complexity.
Step 4
We’ll keep you updated as we work on your project and will share initial designs with you for feedback.
Step 5
If you have any revisions to the design, we’ll complete them within a two-week timeframe
Step 6
When the design is complete and approved, we’ll supply you with final specifications and schematics
