With the UK set to extend the lockdown even further, it is important we can continue to ensure boilers across the country are functioning.
We are working hard to ensure spares are available for boiler breakdowns and repair. Particularly with a number of merchants being forced to close their doors, the question also extends to where you can access spare parts stock.
Boiler parts are still readily available, with many merchants remaining open during the lockdown. Viessmann is still receiving and dispatching products to local merchants and stockists to ensure our installers are not left without supply.

To order spare parts, get in contact with your local merchant and request the parts you require. They can then choose to have it delivered to you the installer, or direct to site, to reduce touchpoints.
Spares are still being dispatched via next day delivery if the item is readily available. When ordering the part from your merchant, they should be able to give you an estimate on when it will be available. Depending on which part you require, delivery may take a little longer than usual due to the current lockdown.
